A brief new teaser trailer for Star Wars: The Mandalorian Season 3 dropped during the Super Bowl, plus Empire’s next issue covers the Disney+ series in detail.
As the March 1, 2023 release date for Star Wars: The Mandalorian Season 3 approaches, promotional activity for the show is starting to ramp up. During last night’s Super Bowl, a new (but brief) teaser trailer for the upcoming Disney+ series was revealed, with the footage containing a handful of previously unseen sequences.

In addition, the upcoming next issue of Empire movie magazine will be taking a deep dive into Star Wars: The Mandalorian Season 3, with two covers and over 20 pages of exclusive content. Inside the publication will be extensive interviews with the cast and crew, never-before-seen images, concept art and much more.
Speaking with Empire about the return of Din Djarin, actor Pedro Pascal said, “What I love most about Season 3 is how much the world opens up in terms of Mandalore and Mandalorians.” He goes on to say, “That means so many different facets of culture, politics, and rules and discoveries. Delicious doors are flying wide open.”
The April issue of Empire will hit the newsstands on February 16, with subscribers receiving their own unique cover, featuring holograms of multiple Mandalorian helmets, a few days before.
