LEGO Star Wars May the 4th 2023 promotions officially confirmed

To celebrate this year’s Star Wars Day, the LEGO Group has officially confirmed all of the promotions available for its upcoming May the 4th event.

We’re mere weeks away from this year’s Star Wars Day, with fans around the world gearing up to celebrate all things related to a galaxy far, far away. As has become a tradition over the past decade, the LEGO Group will also be unleashing a number of unique promotions, offers and VIP rewards as part of the company’s highly-anticipated May the 4th event.

The fun kicks off on May 1 with six new LEGO Star Wars sets available for purchase. These include 40623 Battle of Endor Heroes, 75346 Pirate Snub Fighter, 75352 Emperor’s Throne Room Diorama, 75353 Endor Speeder Chase Diorama and 75356 Executor Star Destroyer. In addition, VIP members will gain early access to 75355 X-wing Starfighter, with a wider launch planned for everyone else from May 4.

Also making their debut will be three gift-with-purchase items that can be obtained by reaching specific spending thresholds on LEGO Star Wars sets. Up for grabs from May 1 to May 7 will be 30654 X-Wing Starfighter, with purchases of £35 / $40 / €40, 5007840 Return of the Jedi 40th Collectible, when buying £80 / $85 / €85 worth of LEGO Star Wars sets and 40591 Death Star II with spends of £130 / $150 / €150 and over.

As well as GWP promotions, members can also get double VIP points on all LEGO Star Wars sets from May 1 to May 7, plus quintuple VIP points on selected LEGO Star Wars models during those dates. The official landing page for the May the 4th event goes on to mention that members will be able to redeem their points on selected LEGO Star Wars sets online from May 1 to May 7, but no additional details are currently available.

Three different LEGO Star Wars VIP sweepstakes will be running during the May the 4th event, with a small number of points needing to be redeemed in order to give you the chance to will all sorts of fun goodies, including a sterling silver R2-D2 minifigure.

Finally, the LEGO Star Wars May the 4th promotions are rounded out with a selection of digital rewards, such as a limited-edition numbered 75355 X-wing Starfighter print, the chance to make your own LEGO Star Wars comic book and a free poster featuring every single brick-built X-wing to date.
