A fan-organised exhibition in London will feature all things Star Wars, ranging from immersive displays to VR experiences.

The Fans Strike Back: A Star Wars Fan Exhibition will take place at 81 Old Brompton Road in South Kensington from April 3. The attractions within the 60-minute exhibition include hundreds of iconic costumes, photos, sculptures, and life-sized figurines that have been collected and curated by fans. It’s the largest collection of official Star Wars memorabilia in the world but is not officially affiliated with Lucasfilm or Disney.

While visiting, visitors can also take part in green-screen lightsaber battles and VR experiences that bring you face-to-face with characters from the franchise. Having already run in Atlanta and New York, this is the first time the exhibition has come to the UK.

The waitlist is now open to get tickets ahead of the general release. The general sale will start on February 8 at 12pm, with the exhibition itself running from April 3,  from Wednesday to Friday between 10am and 6pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 6pm. The ticket price includes access to the exhibition but the VR experience will cost extra on the day.
